Just finished a B3 Sciences BFR workout in my home. I started BFR training on February 25th at Size 2 on the arms. I was struggling today keeping the size 2 bands to stay up and realized they were now too big! I put the size 1 bands on to work out and felt great. Curious to see what my body is looking like

I’m here to tell you that theB3 bands are my Fountain of Youth! I have not had this magnitude of muscle definition since I was a collegiate gymnast 31 years ago! I’m not getting bulky or too muscular using B3 bands, I’m burning fat, losing weight and feeling like I’m 20 again! My energy level using B3 Start in the mornings is just amazing! 51 is the new 21!



B3 Bands were a game changer for my performance and for every HS Athlete who wants to play at the D1 level

As a HS Football player I dreamed of playing college Football. I had worked out and trained my entire life. But only the Fastest Athletes get the D1 scholarships.

Before using B3 bands, I was fast, but not fast enough forD1. I was running 19 mph and had a 40 yard dash time of 4.65. I implemented theB3 Bands into my normal training sessions, and I noticed the difference immediately. Exercises that would not get me tired, wore me out in minutes.  After 20 minutes of wearing theB3 Bands and doing Speed Training, I was completely exhausted.

Within 2 weeks of training 2/wk with the bands, I noticed more speed and more strength. After 8 weeks of training I was running 21 mph! Then I went to an Ohio State Football Camp and ran a 4.35 forty-yard dash.  Then I went to the US Army Combine and ran the 7th fastest time out of 600 athletes

Scholarships offers started coming in short thereafter.  I was so fast that I was selected to run the anchor leg of our HS 4 x 100 Relay team that set a school record and placed top5 at State in the Big School Division.

I am now playing D1 college football and B3 Bands helped get me there. I continue to use the bands all the time for quick workouts for both speed and strength. I can even put the bands on and run routes and catch balls with the Bands on.

I started using B3 Bands about 4 months ago after meeting Dr. Mike and Scott Moore in Fort Worth.

My results have been amazing:

• I was diagnosed about 15 years ago with torn meniscus. My knees would always hurt after playing a lot of Pickleball and I have to wear knee pads. Now after using B3 Bands, my knees don’t hurt any longer, and I no longer wear the knee pads!

• I have lost in total 15lbs and added lean muscle.  My body looks completely different. Amazing results considering I only do short 20-minute workouts!

• I have more energy and feel younger!

I love the B3 Bands, everybody should be using them!



For the past 3 years, no matter how much I worked out and watched what I ate, I could not lose weight. I have been struggling with thyroid issues since high school. These pictures are 2.5 months apart, down 9 lbs., 2% decrease in bodyfat, 1.2% increase in muscle, and 1.3% decrease in BMI. Only difference in my workouts with the bands is holding a burn for at least 10 minutes instead of stopping at 3 or 4 minutes. Such a great feeling.
